Part of the product development involved assembling SLA prototypes, as seen in the image on the left. With multiple design iterations the frame is constantly being improved. 

After the design freeze, a colleague and I assembled the first tool-based frames. The big smiling face on the image above is during my first test ride on my self-designed bike. 

My work included the frame design, the motor cover, the geometry and usability and the rear and front rack design.
